This policy explains what information Int Corporation Private Limited (“INT”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use AIM (Accounting and Inventory Management) and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
AIM is online accounting and inventory management software provided by Int Corporation Private Limited, based in Lahore, Pakistan. For the business data you enter into AIM, you (the business using AIM) decide what is recorded and why; we process it on your behalf to provide the service.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, company name and login details.
- Business data you enter into AIM: items, stock, customers, suppliers, invoices, payments, expenses, accounts and the documents you create from them.
- Tax and integration details you provide, such as your NTN and, if you connect FBR Digital Invoicing, your FBR IRIS token.
- Messages you send us, for example on WhatsApp or by email, and the details you share in them.
- Technical information needed to run the service securely, such as log-in times, IP address and browser type, recorded when you use the AIM app.
3. How we use it
We do not sell your personal data or your business data, and we do not use your business data for advertising.
- To provide AIM: store your records, produce invoices and reports, and keep your stock and accounts up to date.
- To send documents for you when you ask, such as invoices by email or a ready message on WhatsApp.
- To submit your invoices, debit notes and credit notes to FBR when you have connected FBR Digital Invoicing.
- To provide support, answer your questions and tell you about important changes to the service.
- To keep AIM secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
- To meet our legal obligations.
5. This website and cookies
This marketing website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.
When you click “Talk to Us” or an offer on this website, a WhatsApp chat opens with a pre-filled message. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to the chat.
6. How we protect your data
AIM is accessed over encrypted connections. Your FBR IRIS token is stored encrypted. Access inside your company is controlled by the roles and permissions you set, and documents are reversed rather than deleted, so changes leave a trail.
No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you without undue delay.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account and business data while your account is active. If you close your account, we keep your data for one year, so you can come back or ask for a copy, and then delete or anonymise it. Where the law requires us to keep records for longer, for example tax records, we keep only those records for as long as required.
8. Your choices and rights
- You can see and correct most of your data directly in the app.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@int.com.pk.
- You can close your account at any time.
- You can stop marketing messages at any time; we will still send messages needed to run your account.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app or by email.
